Project Description

After implementation of Sri Phraya and Rattana kosin wastewater treatment plant by architect and engineer method, BMA had changed policy to turnkey construction project, started by this project.

The project area is 38 km2. Estimated Population is about 1,000,000 and wastewater flowrate is about 350,000 cu.m./day

Progress Technology Consultants Co.,Ltd.is appointed to this project to prepare implementation plan for this project.

The services provided include :

  • Determination of the existing population (1991) in the project area and predict the population in 2015 AD.

  • Study existing condition of road, drainage pipe and related facilities.

  • Determine wastewater flowrate and characteristic

  • Locating the probable routes of interceptors on the basis of collecting sewage from the existing sewerage system and outfalls to khlongs

  • Prepare preliminary drawing of wastewater collection and treatment system for bid   document

  • Cost estimation

  • Coordinate with Binnie & Partner Co.,Ltd. to prepare terms of reference (TOR)
This project, now is under construction by NOSS consortium Progress Technology Consultants Co., Ltd. also took responsibility in construction supervision for this project.
