Project Description

The detailed design of the Multi-Purpose Building located within the Assumption School ground.

The building is 8-storey high with 14,200 sq.m. usable area.

The service provided include the detailed design of the following system :

  • Structural Design
  • Plumbing system with the interface with the existing sanitary and plumbing systems.
  • Air conditioning and ventilation, using the chilled water cooled system at 800 tons capacity.
  • Electrical and communication systems comprising:

-  The power distibution system with a 1,250 kVA transformer.
-  A standby generator at 120 kW.
-  The lighting system, fire alarm system, and telephone / sound system.
-  The closed circuit television system.
-  The master antenna television system.
-  The lightning protection system.
