ออกแบบรายละเอียดงานวิศวกรรมของอาคารอเนกประสงค์สูง 8 ชั้น พื้นที่ใช้สอยรวมประมาณ 14,200 ตร.ม.

ขอบเขตงาน ประกอบด้วย

  1. ออกแบบงานวิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง

  2. ออกแบบงานวิศวกรรมสุขาภิบาล (เชื่อมต่อเข้ากับระบบเดิม)

  3. ออกแบบงานระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ

    - Chilled Water Air Cooled System, 800 tons

  4. ออกแบบงานวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าและสื่อสาร
  • Power Distribution System, Transformer Capacity 1 x1250 kVA
  • Standby Generator 120 kW
  • Lighting System, Fire Alarm System, Telephone/Sound system
  • Closed Circuit Television System
  • Master Antenna Television System, Lightning Protection System
