ออกแบบรายละเอียดงานวิศวกรรมของอาคารสำนักงานสูง 29 ชั้น พื้นที่ใช้สอย 50,000 ตร.ม.

ขอบเขตงาน ประกอบด้วย

1. ออกแบบงานวิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง

2. ออกแบบงานวิศวกรรมสุขาภิบาล

Sanitary System

  • Underground water Tank = 600 cu.m.
  • Waste Water Treatment Plant = 180 cu.m./day

Fire Protection System

  • 4 Riser Stand Pipe
  • 2- Diesel Fire Pump, 1000 gpm/ea

3. ออกแบบงานวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ

  • Centralized Chilled Water System 1,400 tons
  • Pressurizing System
  • Lift  10 sets

4. ออกแบบงานวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าและสื่อสาร

  • Power Distribution System, Transformer Capacity  4 x1600 kVA
  • Standby Generator 800 kW
  • Lighting System, Fire Alarm System, Telephone/Sound system
  • Closed Circuit Television System
  • Master Antenna Television System, Lightning Protection System
