Project Description

The scope of work of this project is the follow-up work from PTC's feasibility study submitted in October, 1993. The project area is about 19.25 km2. Estimated  population is about 44,100 in 2002 AD.

Average wastewater is 168 lcpd. and has BOD of 150 mg/l, COD of 350 mg/l, SS of 250 mg/l, N of 40 mg/l, P of 10 mg/l and grease/oil of 50 mg/l.

The services provided include :

  • Review feasibility study.

  • Detailed design of wastewater collection system, total length about 33.6 km.

  • Detailed design of 2 wastewater lift stations and 12 cu.m./s drainage pump station.

  • Detailed design of waste stabilization pond, 8,000 cu.m/day, located near Nong Harn

  • Prepare tender documents and contract documents

  • Cost estimation

  • Prepare implementation plan
