The services provided include :

Feasibility Study

• Survey,data collection and data analysis; comprising physical,economical and development plan data.
  
  
• Determination of future population and water demand up to the year 2011 for the project area.
  
  
• Study of potential raw water sources.
  
  
• Study of water treatment  and distribution systems, with emphasis on leakage reduction, including connections to other waterworks in the vicinity.
  
  
• Comparisons and selection of the best alternatives.
  
  
• Preliminary designs and cost estimates.
  
  
• Recommendation for the water supply system development/improvement in phases.
  
  
• Economic and financial analysis to perform water tariff at break even cost in different sources of fund.

• Survey and detailed design for raw water, water treatment plant with a capacity of 24,000 cu.m./day water transmission  and distribution  systems, including the instrumentation and control systems for the water supply system development/ improvement projects recommmended for Phase I.
  
  
• Detailed cost estimates and preparation of tender documents for each construction contract.
