Project Description

1) Banglen Water Treatment Plant, Expansion Phase 1.

The services provided include :

Part No.1 : Detailed design of mechanical works for  water treatment plant expansion from 320 MLD to 420 MLD

The work includes the following tasks :

  • Process design Analysis for water treatment expansion from 320 MLD to 420 MLD

  • Detailed design of structural works, foundation works and architectural works for water treatment system.

  • Hydraulic analysis for water treatment system.

  • Detailed design of mechanical and piping works for water treatment system.

  • Detailed design of site plan pipe works for water treatment system.

  • Consulting for machine and equipment procurement.

  • Preparation of main process design calculation for  water treatment plant expansion from 320 MLD to 420 MLD

  • Preparation of hydraulic calculation for  water treatment plant expansion from 320 MLD to 420 MLD

  • Preparation of control philosophy report : mechanical engineering

Part No.2 : Detailed design of mechanical works for Booster Pumping Station : BP1, BP2

Part No.3 : Surge analysis and detailed design of surge protection for transmission system
