Project Description

Rayong Larp Co.,Ltd. has appointed Progress Technology Consultants Co.,Ltd. and Civil Design Group Co.,Ltd. to engineering and architectural design of central utility system. This industrial park locates about 2.1 km. from highway no. 3188, near Ban Khlong Nam Daeng, Rayong. This project area is approximately 4,500 rais (720 ha). Estimated budget is about 1,117 million baht, (VAT not included). Construction is divided into 2 phases, 2,600 rais for phase 1 and 1,700 rais for phase 2.

The services provided include :

  • Detailed design of water treatment plant, 24,000 cu.m./day
  • Detailed design of water distribution and fire fighting systems
  • Detailed design of drainage system
  • Detailed design of wastewater collection system
  • Detailed design wastewater treatment plant, 23,000 cu.m./day
  • Prepare Technical specification
  • Estimate the capital cost of the project
Concepts of utility design for this project are consistency of the system in phase 1 and phase 2, cost effectiveness for future expansion and module design concept, to facilitate phasing.
